Alexandra F. Coego is a writer and arts and culture journalist. Her writing on art, cultural heritage, and memory politics appears in The Art Newspaper and The Art Journal, and she served as political correspondent for the Spanish daily La Voz de Galicia. A Curtis Brown Creative alumna (2023), Alexandra was longlisted for the Bloom Short Story Prize of the European Society of Literature in 2023. Her debut novel, Confessions, is represented by Lily Dolin at Sterling Lord Literistic.

I am also a specialist in strategic communications and visual and digital storytelling, with extensive experience advocating for cultural heritage and global causes. My experience spans campaign management, executive advising, and content production, including film and podcast.

When I’m not at my desk writing, you’ll find me travelling with my father’s 1994 Nikon.
